Thoi Bao Radio has an interview with Mr. Hoang Thanh Thang, President of the Elderly Vietnamese Association Toronto He is one of the pioneers in the early days to establish the Association 30 years ago. The Association was formed by a group of Vietnamese refugees who were willing to help the new Vietnamese immigrants to adapt to their new life in Canada. In this interview, he also mentioned about the annual general meeting, regulations to join the Association, the program activities and monthly workshop for seniors, the long distance trip, and outdoor activities. All activities of the Association have contributed to the Vietnamese community in Toronto to preserve and promote traditional culture of Vietnam.
