The Canadian Vietnamese communtity of the Greater Toronto Area and its surrounding areas gather together to celebrate the year of the Tiger. The event was held at the Better Living Centre in Toronto with over 10,000 attendees, volunteers, performers and exhibit guests. It was hosted by the Vietnamese Association, Toronto. The following images highlight the activities, cultural performances, children games, VIP guests, exhibit booths and the cultural components of the festival.
